Wherever they are showing it that night! 

When I have been on her sister ship during a Super Bowl or playoff game, the game was shown in the Wajang Theatre and Mix. Other times it has been shown in the main show lounge. The locations will definitely be posted in the daily program, and there is usually more than one location. 
It will also be on your cabin TV.

We've only watched it in the World Stage but that was on GWC. They had a big party with appetizers (free) and drinks (fee) and each side of he room decorated in team colors. Be warned, you won't see any of the Superbowl commercials if they don't have license to show. We had to suffer from the same (ESPN?) commercials repeated during the game.

I was on the Zuiderdam for last year’s Super Bowl.  We watched from Billboard on Boarding.  Snacks were provided.  Enjoyable experience.

Yea - the same ESPN commercials over and over and over.  On the pinnacle ships they also show it on the big screen by the pool.
