How to run a Slot Pull?

Hi folks:

 

Cruising on Celebrity Equinox on 2/9/23 and we have interest in having a slot pull. While several of us have participated in one before, none of us has run one and we wanted the ins and outs of how to do it properly--many are willing to help--just afraid to run the show.

 

Can anyone provide me with the details?

 

Before you say it--I tried doing a search and re-did the search with AND between each word and it just spins and spins.
