I leave for 29 days at sea starting in 3 days with 15 days through Panama on the Joy.

Los Angeles to Miami, with an over night in Panama.

Looking for ideas of things to do. Do’s ,don’t.
Traveling solo this trip.

only thing I’ve booked is the Panama Cana experience on the smaller ferry.

oh cross post.  I’m getting that 50.00 obc for excursions lol.

there is a hop on hop off bus that goes around the city we plan on doing with our grands , if you have time GAMBOA reserve is amazing , wish we had time to do one of the indigenious tribes , Sanblas is amazing , I have NOT been on any of these tours , but I did spend my teen age years living in Panama , and these are places I would love to see again if I had time

If you are on the Joy you will be going through the new locks, take a trip to Miraflores locks and watch the operation of the old locks from the observation area, it's incredible & IMHO not to be missed.
I have been to Panama on a land trip and after seeing several ships go through the locks I want to do it again onboard a cruise one day.
