Mr and Mrs is extremely popular on Princess.  They, of course, have a dedicated gameshow room on their ships which are extremely popular it seems with versions of a large number of tv gameshow adaptations.  They even do Deal or No Deal in the main theatre which the US and Australian guests seemed to love.

When we were younger (late 20s) my wife and I went to a Warner hotel

 

And they had a Mr and Mrs. They couldn't get enough couples to play but the entertainment managers persuaded us even though we weren't married.

 

Think we'd been together about 3 years at the time (married 24 years now)

 

Anyway not only were we the only non married couple in the game but we were at least 40 years younger than everyone else competing and watching

 

We just thought Warner was adults only not pensioners only when we booked!!

 

When they asked us how long we had been married and we told them we weren't the crowd seriously disapproved!! There were murmurs everywhere

 

We won of course!

 

It was questions like "what colour toothbrush does your partner have"

 

I'm pretty sure everyone else playing was too old to remember anything about their partner!!

We go to Warner quite a lot and have never seen this competition.  Luckily, because we haven't needed tooth brushes for over 30 years.

They seriously disapproved we were on holiday together not married!!

 

That's how old the audience were

 

They frowned upon us!

 

Normal now of course

 

We only entered reluctantly to start with. We wanted to watch not take part!!
