hotrock Posted January 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2023 Thinking of booking the excursion to Gumbalimba with DH and a 7 year old and a 5 year old. Anybody been there who will give their impressions of the place?

mafig Posted January 20, 2023 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2023 DH and I were there several years ago. I thought it was fun. There were no sloths there then, just monkeys and parrots that I recall. Monkeys do not like me.

* Angela * Posted January 23, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 23, 2023 Went to Gumbalimba a few years ago and had a great time. I think your family would enjoy it.
CanobieFan Posted January 24, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 24, 2023 I went in 2020 right before everything went crazy. Birds everywhere! Saw the monkeys, even had them climb across us, and there was one single sloth seen. And while I did not bring any swim stuff myself, the beach area at the end of the tour was really pretty. I'd probably do it again if I was there with first timers. https://mobile.twitter.com/CanobieFan/status/1222659267129495553
