11 day panama canal cruise with ncl fireworks question?

someone told me that ncl cruises will have one nite were they do fireworks is this true? Also do they still have white dress parties on board

Sound like that “someone” hasn’t been on a cruise for many years. Pretty sure fireworks stopped back around 2015(?).

Just finished an NCL cruise end of Dec. There were no fireworks, but there was an optional white night.  Not many people dressed for it though.  Still was a great cruise though! Nicole

I believe that one NCL ship did it some years ago. They had to alter course so as the wind was OK and then put out an 'all ships' warning stating that it was fireworks and not emergency flares. Fraught with problems in my (retired) professional opinion.
