You can't. Show schedules are finalized close to departure date now which is why they are not allowing pre-booking of shows. Things like COVID have constantly changed availability of performers on all ships. This is not unique to NCL, other lines are the same way.

I called NCL to inquire and they said there would not be a replacement for Noise Boys

So it's similar to the non replacement of Kinky Boots on the Encore.
