What does the wording JADE stand for when I am logged in to my account on ncl.com?

Just had afternoon tea with friends of ours ... now, they are seeing a different "tag" on their account - 

"Casino+Rewards" is apparently, new 🤔

Just went and checked my account. I am a "Jade," whatever that means. Not a big gambler, but have gone to the casino occasionally, maybe it just says I've been there?

A bit of a different question. I've heard of others who have had coupons in their account. Where are those listed? I haven't found any place that they would be. (Currently gold, but will be platinum after a cruise later this month if that makes any difference.)

Go to NCL.com, login.  Then click on My Account.  Here is where you will see any cruises you have booked.  Right under the cruises you would see Your Coupons and Offers.  If you have none you won’t see those words. 
 

Offers are random and we have yet to identify who gets what and why.  I, have not been fortunate to get any…yet!
