British Isles Explorer | Recommendations for London & Dublin

We're booked on the London to Bergen itinerary for March/April. For London, the ship is docked in Tilbury and our flight arrives early in the morning the first day. Does anyone have any transportation company recommendations or tips for getting to London to explore from Tilbury?

 

Also, does anyone have any recommendations/experiences with tour companies in Dublin? We'd hoped to book the Discover County Wicklow tour through Viking but it sold out, so we're looking for other options. Thanks so much!

Since your questions are not Viking specific, don't forget the Ports of Call section of these boards. 

 

If you are packing light, you can get to Tilbury entirely on public transportation. Google will help you with the specifics.  

 

Otherwise, hopefully, folks will share the name of their favorite limo companies.

From Tilbury, you can take the train into Fenchurch St Station where you can access the underground. For car service, we use Addison Lee.
