Which would be easier on mobility (travelling w/walker)

Hi will be disembarking from MSC cruise in Southampton on Oct 27, 2023 and needing to fly to Barcelona same day. Would bus or train to either Gatwick or Heathrow be less complicated.  Cant afford private car although the vans that tour Salisbury and Windsor look interesting.  Have hotel booked for Barcelona.

One interesting option popped into my mind: how about starting the air travel from Southampton airport? Although sadly there doesn't seem to be direct flights to Barcelona from Southampton, but it should be fairly easy to build a one stop itinerary, at least KLM via Amsterdam would be a possible routing.
