Find Drink and WiFi package information

D+ on royal and just booked our first cruise on X.  We get offers from Casino Royal all the time so we called BCC and they were able to see my play on Royal and offered 60% off the rates of the cruise we were looking for.  When we booked we were told this was off the "all inclusive" price but my question is where can I see and more importantly confirm that both the drink and wi-fi packages are added?

Just the other day I finally saw where they added the tips (and can see that in the edoc) but where can we validate that the basic wi-fi and classic drink package are included?

I've cruised Royal enough to not "trust" any of their IT systems so trying to get the validation done so there isn't an issue onboard.

I'm also still debating if I should upgrade either package.  From all the posts here looks like I can decide on the wi-fi upgrade onboard with not much difference in price but the drink package still have me questioning.

Have you checked in for the cruise?  If you have your boarding pass should have something lik "CALL" on it which means have the standard AI package. Not sure how BCC handles invoicing but our Celebrity invoice always shows our AI package inclusions. The new pricing to upgrade to the premium drinks package will cost you $30pp per day plus 18% in tips.

I think you have a typo.  The drink package upgrade on board would be $20 pp pd + 20% gratuity.

Since OP is D+ on Royal they would get a discount if booked pre cruise.
BTW the 18% is on dining & spa service.  Beverage gratuity is $20.

You are correct sorry for the confusion, my bad.

Thanks I looked at the boarding pass and the online account and both show nothing. They did say it could take “some time” so I will keep checking and follow up with a call if it’s not showing up before we are to sail.

Since you already have your boarding pass, I would strongly suggest that you call and get it resolved now.  It's never taken more than a day or two for it to show up for me. Most times it is immediate but I have never done a BCC cruise.  I guess I don't gamble enough.
