Hi all

we are booked Diamond Princess  2 nd April 23 for 18 nights Japan

 

the ship calls at 2 ports in South Korea Jeju Island and Busan

 

all Japan entry forms completed but struggling with the South Korean ETA

 

princess say we do not need anything.   The embassy say we do

 

the form is complicated as will not accept postcodes of the ports in S Korea

does anybody know if we do this on the ship to enter S Korea or is it prior to boarding

I see you are new to starting a thread. Two things. It helps if you ask you question in the title, since most posts are asking a question, it will help getting answers.

Second, you might post in the Ports of Call section under Asia. As it happens there is already a thread which might help, if not, it would be good place to focus you specific question. I will ask your thread be merged.

this is a link to the roll calls for Diamond Princess.  There is some discussion on page five, maybe earlier of the April 2 cruise about the visas.  It would behoove you to read, if not join that roll call.  Sorry I can’t give you the direct link…I haven. Learned to do that on an iPad yet.  EM

I started this thread and you might find some helpful information.  Yes, you need an K-ETA for Korea.
