St. Maarten samples.  Still plenty more to process from this island.  This was when I started to get tired after full excursions during the day so no processing in the evening.

Celebrity Equinox crossing our wake in the morning.

Air France jet landing over our head in Maho Beach

Better picture of the Marriott Frenchman's Cove than I've take. We'll be there in a little over a month. More important, however, that we are now under 100 days to boarding the Prima.

Thanks for your postings and your wry comments.

Just watched the ship said away from NY harbor in the port webcam feeling sad.  Is it time to graduate to a Back-2-Back adventure next???

What about a Panama Cruise-- Miami to LA or LA to Miami?  Same time frame but different ports.

Some people commented on Youtube that the Breakaway had a serious staff shortage. They said sometimes bars only had one bartender and one might wait 30 minutes to get a drink. Somewhat similar problems in the dining room. I should note that this was a couple of months ago, so it may have been resolved. I am just curious about your observation.

I'm going to be on a 16-day transatlantic that may only be 50-65% full. I hope that is the case, not only for me but for the staff, who reportedly need a little bit of a break.

This is what we did! We were on the Getaway with you last week (loved your posts!) and now we’re on the 8 day Bermuda (fingers crossed) itinerary. Judging from the new guests it will be a slightly rowdier group than last week lol.

is there a college/university break this week?

This sailing was basically 100% full but I didn't feel like there were any major issues with staff shortages at least with the room and wait staff.  Not sure about the bars however.

Evening shots from the San Juan port stop.  So many stray cats eyeballing me as I was walking around!  I probably looked like good Chinese food to them...

Even got a photo of the conjunction of Jupiter and Venus that evening.

Yes!!  I can’t wait until I can retire and book back to back cruises. This is my 23rd year teaching so not that much further to go.

Just wanted to say, these pro quality pictures are beyond beautiful and thank you.

B2B is good, also you should consider doing a TA, there are a number of them embarking and disembarking in NY and since you are comfortable with an Inside or OV as solo, prices are good (especially if you vacation time is flexible ... think "last minute deals on "short" notices) and you just need to figure out your one-way air options, etc.  Look up the prices for this April.

Thanks for all the feedback folks.  Sitting home continuing to process the still photos before I tackle any video snippets.  I'm fighting some sniffles and sinus congestion.  Covid test negative so far.

Maybe the old wives tale is true because I had lunch on the chilly outdoor area of the buffet while a little underdressed on the next to last sea day?  I can hear my mom's voice scolding me in my head already...
