Current Requirements for Entry to US and Cruising in Caribbean

Will be flying from UK to Miami in two weeks for ABC cruise. If I understand correctly there is no COVID testing required for entry to US or for boarding ship in Fort Lauderdale. I am sure vaccination record is not required for cruise but see conflicting data regarding vaccine record for entry to US. Can anyone clarify.

Testing is not required.  You will need (UK citizen) an ESTA to enter the US.  You will be asked to complete an attestation that you are fully vaccinated.  Bring your vaccination record in the unlikely event you are asked to show it.

Thanks, I have my ESTA and electronic and paper vaccination record so should be fine.

Just be sure to check out travel requirements for Caribbean/South and Central American countries.  Some require a permit, some proof of fully vaccinated- agree usually not checked.  The rules change often.
