Snorkel tour and beach day, Aruba and Curacao

We are thinking of taking a snorkel tour (catamaran) on one island and doing a beach day on the other. Any advice on which island to do which? Thanks.

Can't help you with Curacao, but Aruba has great beaches and also great for snorkeling.

If you want beach & snorkeling from shore try Arashi Beach

For a snorkeling tour, we went with https://arubawatersportscenter.com/ the tour we took had two stops, including one wreck, good snacks, rum punch/drinks - I thought it was a good value.

Rent a car on Curacao and go snorkeling.  Lot's of great places.  We do it every time we visit.   Going to do it again in a few weeks.  Better snorkeling than Aruba.  Besides, Aruba has some very nice beaches...

Note that this only works if you 1. have your own gear, 2.  Are a good confident swimmer and 3.  have a rental car.

You MUST do Playa Piskado!  Sea Turtles EVERYWHERE!

Thank you. We rented the car through Celestino as well. Playa Piskado is our first stop of the day. Once that gets a little busy head over towards Grote Knip. There is another place near there as well with cliffs to jump in from. Celestino maps out all the best places to see in his GPS. We plan to do the northern part until about 2PM. Then head back to port to shop around.

If you want to use Aruba as a beach day, you can always go to Arashi (for the beach) AND there's amazing snorkeling to the left of there and down to Boca Catalina. You can get out there and walk back down the street to Arashi. Super easy to do.
