I cleared cookies, tried a different laptop, turned on/off VPN....and I am in California. I booked directly on celebritycruises.com.

Celebrity call centres are not easy to speak with. Long wait times and then often incorrect answers. Trying to get another cabin which shows empty on Celebrity site and well as several other sites and they say it is booked. It is not a one toime attempt but it had been showing empty for 4 days.... and still is today, 6 days later.
MCC retired Posted April 16 #29 Share Posted April 16 (edited) Another case where a TA could have taken care of your cancelation without you hanging on a phone call to get a Rep.. Edited April 16 by MCC retired
tc-cruise Posted April 18 #30 Share Posted April 18 Actually I use chat to cancel it. Took 10 min but still way better than calling. I agree a TA could have taken care of it. But online booking was so easy.
