Hello!  Can I use my platinum laundry perk to have my clothes steamed/pressed?  I don’t want them washed, just want the wrinkles removed.

No, the platinum perk is only for bags of laundry. Steaming or pressing is a paid service.

Yes, mz-s is correct.  The platinum perk is only for bags.  The service is called “wash and fold” and no other service can be substituted.  Steaming or pressing is charged per piece.

I've gotten my clothes pressed with no charge before. Maybe it's a YMMV thing.

Yes, Carnival doing stuff against their written/stated policy is definitely YMMV.

 

I had this or that happen which directly goes against policy isn't the norm.
