Not always, and often not on sea days, it depends on how many week long passes have been sold.

Maybe, it really depends on how many week long passes they have sold. Usually they will offer a day pass on port days. Unless you buy a week pass nothing is guaranteed. On our 12 day cruise the thermal spa was sold out and they had a waiting list. On port days they would sell 25 passes

In some of the NCL Escape dailies, I've seen Thermal Spa day passes on sale for $54 during port days. Not sure if that price is current.

Day passes are sold at the discretion of the Spa Manager. If sold, they are sold on slow port days and not sea days. If the weekly passes sell out, the probability of day passes being sold is significantly reduced. 

 

On out most recent cruise on the Prima, day passes were sold for $99/day on port days. Prices vary by ship.

On both the Getaway & Pearl I saw them for sail on Port days for $79, would pay that for Getaway but not Pearl.  The Spas on the smaller ships don't have all of the rooms- and the pool is older & we found the jets don't work. Also the hot tub & ice tub are a challenge to get into if you have any kind of mobility issues (even if you don't) The sauna's are in the locker rooms- and while they have great views- you can't sit with your hubby. Love the Getaway's thermal spa & rooms - looking forward to our cruise next week.

Log in to the website or the app, it will be listed for purchase for your cruise under “spa”.
