Pillow Top Mattress in Owners Suite

Hello,

 

Not sure if I’m the only one that can’t take a fluffy pillow top mattress due to back problems but Is there a choice?  No joke, but sort of Like a “pillow menu” some hotels offer? Can you request a firm mattress with no fluff?

We stay often in OS's...Sorry there is no mattress menu. Just make sure you ask your steward to remove any extra mattress topper that may be on it from a previous guests request...like me.

 

RCI does offer a pillow menu.

If there is a true mattress topper on those mattresses, I’ve never noticed it.  I wouldn’t worry about it being overly cushy.  The only true pillow top mattress I’ve ever seen was in a Star Class suite and even there, the last one we had was not very soft at all.
