its the port neighbors across the street. alot of nimby issues with the port and the town folks

Charleston rule. Lots of old money near the cruise port that aren’t used to being told no

Yes!!!! Thanks for posting the link! I’ll have to re-read your review and take some notes on the tips and tricks now that I’ve finally booked this cruise! I’m also now remembering the tip about breakfast in the Havana area! Gonna have to keep that tidbit tucked away in my brain so it doesn’t escape like all the other important info I need seems to!
