My guess is that a persons pants cannot be seen when one is seated for dinner and perhaps Celebrity is more focused on what’s visible to others.

 

Also no one wants to see your gross hairy legs and is why shorts and bathing suit are not allowed.

I hate ripped jeans but I would love to see some hairy legs.  My husband might not agree.  🥸
