Ketchikan: Are Taxi and or Uber/Lyft widely available in Ketchikan?

Ketchikan: Are Taxi and or Uber/Lyft widely available in Ketchikan?   our cruise ship seems to be docking at Pier 4, and that's far from most attractions.  Mom's 83, so not a convenient Pier.  But okay if we can find transportation such as Taxi) Uber

There's a free city loop bus that stops at all the docks as well as downtown, Creek Street, the Totem Heritage Center, and the local mall and Safeway store.  If the fish are running, probably no Uber, but there are taxis.

Both uber and Lyft are relatively new in Alaska as our wage and hour laws has to be modified to allow for their operation.  They are fairly available in larger communities such as Anchorage and Fairbanks but not so much in the smaller communities.
