Question About Casino Win/Loss Report

A couple that we cruised with recently had an interesting question that I could not answer.  How does one get a "win/loss" report from Princess?  (That's probably not the correct name for it...)  They did not "win big"  (i.e. no jackpot) but he's interested from a tax standpoint.

Go to oceanplayers.com for statements.   It’s actually on a Carnival site.   You must have used your card to track the play

And you should have lost a lot more than you won for it to be any good.....we file one every year when we win big.
