Pay As You Go beach clubs?

What are the choices for a beach club that is NOT all inclusive, please? Entry fees? My son and DIL will be on Coz for the first time and I would like to give them some options. We don't get off the ship there anymore as have been there on land trips and cruises many times. Not interested in a kiddie club atmosphere. Or should they just stick with the "Passion Island" ship tour?

Do they require a pool,  actual beach, water sports, snorkeling? Have they been before?

Playa Mia is $40 entry fee for adults.  Lots of add on options, if they are interested.

Money Bar - no admission fee, good food/drinks/service. Good snorkeling from the shore, but no real beach ( you enter the water via steps). About a $12 can ride from the piers.
