Can't find how to make partial payments toward cruise

I looked at MSC website and it only shows the total amount we owe and didn't say anything about how to pay towards the final amount.  What am I missing here?

You have to call (if you booked directly with MSC) to make a partial payment.

If you booked with a travel agent they need to do it in the back office of MSC

I was able to change the amount I wanted to pay after clicking on the box to make payment. I had a balance left on a pre-paid debit rebate card and was able to apply the balance left on the card.

We were not able to do it online. The webpage did not allow us to change the total due. Via our TA, we communicated this to MSC and MSC sent us a link to make the payment.
