Transfer booking to travel agent

I'm not familiar with MSC's rules. Can I book a cruise online and then transfer the booking to my travel agent?

* Bookings may only be transferred to a travel agent up until 60 days from creation if the request is made outside of final payment period and the booking is not paid in full. MSC takes a long time and 99.99% of the time, they screw it up.
