I have seen many young children very happy to play in the shallow entrance of the large pool near the swim up bar. That is in addition to the splash park and pirate ship,

When they are at that age, two or three hours in the sun and water really tuckers them out. There is so much to do that is free. Another option is South Beach where they can play in the shallow water and dig some sand!

We see the same thing on every trip there.
