jajsmom Posted May 15, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2023 This always confuses me. We purchased FCCs in December 2022. Do these need to be used and sailed by December 2024, or do they just have to be applied to a cruise by then. Thanks!
JF - retired RRT Posted May 15, 2023 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2023 Future Cruise DEPOSITS (FCD) need to be applied before they expire. You can request an extension or a refund if not used by the expiration.
GJCruiser Posted May 15, 2023 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2023 I believe you have until December 2024 to book a cruise. That is because you got the FCD's before the recent change to they only being good for one year. To my knowledge, they are no longer giving extensions. I believe you are referring to FCD not FCC, as @JF - retired RRTwas advising you in his reply. You don’t buy FCC’s, you buy FCD’s (Future cruise deposits)
jajsmom Posted May 15, 2023 Author #5 Share Posted May 15, 2023 Thank you all! I told you this always confuses me, even using the correct letters! So I can book a 2025 cruise then, as long as I book it by next December. Thank you!
