Since that cruise is so close, I thought I better start checking things on my iphone. When I click on the app there, it shows the cruise we are taking in November. Make sure your phone is up to date. Clear history and cache. If it still does not show, I would send an email to IT and tell them the App does not show your cruise. Explain the type of phone your using, exactly the issue. In the subject field: Date of Sail HELP Full name ship and sail date Booking number A360ad7@carnival.com You can also call the phone line and pick the option to speak to Ocean Ready team/IT team.
