I'm at the tequila and mezcal class down at Pink Agave now. They said we're going to be having five different drinks in the next hour and a half...

 

First up, it was a choice of coconut or passion fruit... I took passion fruit...

I'm at work scanning files from 1986. Following along with Sid and my daughter is sending me pics from a resort in Turks and Caicos.  I'm just going home and getting drunk.

I'm just now getting out of the tequila and mezcal class, and I may have learned a thing or two on top of my vast knowledge of the spirit... During the mezcal section, there was a little shot glass full of roasted crickets, which of course I'm familiar with. A lot of the other people were pretty turned off by them, but then they're not real tequila experts like I am... Dinner tonight is at Pink Agave, so I've gotta try and find something to do until then...

Checking out opa hour out at The Dock House to soak up some of the tequila and mezcal... Grilled cod souvlaki and lamb sausage skewers.

Looking at the menu for Pink Agave... Thinking definitely the esquites, aguachile, camarone Amarillo, and for the main, I'm looking at the bistec marinero en escabeche... I haven't had a steak on board all week...

Tonight is Scarlet Night, but in three sailings I've still never made it... Why do they have to start the party at 10:45?... This is probably going to make four missed Scarlet Nights... Maybe if JinxyB was here, I could stay up that late...

I walked through the casino and watched some people play roulette for a few minutes. I thought about trying it out, but I have to be at dinner soon. Plus, I don't know any strategy whatsoever when it comes to gambling. Maybe I'll go throw down forty or fifty bucks later and see what happens... Worst case scenario, I lose it all...
