NYC Fleet Week?

Headed out on the NCL Joy this sunday... has anyone cruised out of NYC during fleet week?  Is the Manhattan Cruise terminal a shitshow?

You are lucky the ships (larger ones Wasp is one) at Pier 88 are closed to tours on Sunday. The two foreign-flagged vessels on the north side of 90  and the few moored with the Intrepid there isn't any info I can find. 

The ones at the former Staten Island Homeport won't bother you 😉
