Help with oceanview obstructed

Personally, of those mentioned, I'd go 408, but you should see and choose.

Yes, as others mentioned, look at the 

website and click on cabin pictures, you’ll really get an idea of obstructions.

That is the resource I used to select an obstructed view cabin on the Caribbean Princess. There are some windows between lifeboats that offer a less obstructed view.
