@John&LaLa may be half joking, but it does seem like a lot of logistics to it again so soon. I also don't think they'd do any hard planning of the next one until after seeing how this one works out. The fact that they went from selling the planned from the beginning 4 large segments to breaking those up into 17 smaller segments so soon makes me worried that it's not quite working out like RCL anticipated.

However, I really, really hope this does work out for everyone and that RCL decides to do this maybe every 5 years (give or take). I'd love to do this after we retire.

A famous seer, sage and soothsayer has predicted 2027.  As this is the soonest he can make the probable dates.

I absolutely would do this once I retire. It would be great if they could do it at least every five years.

I would guess this probably depends less on how the currently planned one goes and more on how well it sold.
