I am Canadian. I called Carnival and I emailed and the only response I received was verbal. "We have no information on visas" so I contacted png authorities and again received no response so I just went ahead and applied and received a visa. Better to have one and not need one than to need one and not have one.

Hi everyone.  We are also booked on this cruise.  We are from Redland Bay in Queensland. What tours are the best for PNG ports?  Any clues?  Inside info would be good before we sign up.

Hi all, I just phoned Carnival to check this as well (because my partner has a UK passport, not an Australian passport) and I was advised the same - visas are organised electronically onboard for ALL nationalities (which was my concern 🙂)....  32 days to go!!!

We are booked as well.  I am keen to visit Rabaul again - I was last there in 1995 - town was still recovering from volcano eruptions.
