Noise from reception area on R class ships.

Hello:  Has anyone stayed in wither 4056 0r 4055 on R class ships both of which border the reception area?  Should I be concerned about noise?  Thank you.

We've stayed in R class rooms near these and experienced no disruptive noise from the reception area.

The only noise  we had  was the reception staff door  some  would just let it bang shut (door on starboard)

 

But  no matter where your cabin  is   you  have PAX that do the same 🙄

+1 Our favorite cabins are on Deck 4 close to Reception.  No noise but close to everything else.

Dear DC:

We just finished a 19 day cruise in cabin 4054 and never heard any noise from the reception area.  Only noise we ever heard was from the bands and dancers greeting us at most ports.

Reception area is always nice and quiet.....

We were in the first room on 4 next to Reception in April on Sirena, maybe 4055, but I forget.  In any case, it was always quiet.  On our way to the elevator, we got to be pretty familiar with the folks at the Reception, and the Concierge.

The reception area itself is fairly quiet   but the door leading into the office area  seems to bang  when staff are going in/out

the door is on the Starboard side  (odd numbers)
