I'll admit, I usually don't do upcharge dining on cruises but this is our first Carnival trip.  Any opinion if the Cat in the Hat breakfast is worth going to?  Obviously its a specific fixed menu with wacky food, I figure if its worthwhile then its because the experience factor.  Sailing on Pride July 9th 2023.  Thanks

We went in 2019, because of my young nephews who were traveling with us.  We all LOVED it!  It’s definitely an experience thing.  (Although my food was yummy, too!).   We made reservations again for this summer’s cruise, and none of my kids are little.

I had never done specialty dining before but we did this breakfast on the Mardi Gras in January. It's a lot of fun. I have 10 year old twins that loved it. We're booked for it again on Celebration in September. There is a good selection of wacky food with some normal stuff as well plus the decorations and characters.
