crusnbee Posted June 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2023 We have been watching daily for the opportunity to get reservations on NorthStar for our September Alaska cruise. It showed up the other day and says sold out already. Is this possible, or have they not actually released them? Not sure how close to sailing they release these things. CG yes that is possible NS is sold out. Our June 9th sailing on Ovation, North Star extended experience was sold out sometimes in March. Keep in mind that for the NS ride, there are 2 version the Extended version costs $19 which can be book online in advance and the free version which is available on port days during the cruise. The extended version go up/down and also sideway left and right the free version only go up and down. The free version can be book when you are on the ship only and available on port days. CG It's a screwed up app. Ours was showing sold out yet once on board every time slot magically appeared for sale

That is also important if you want to book the free iFly.
StrikeEagle Posted June 30, 2023 #5 Share Posted June 30, 2023 Since screwed app is mentioned 🙂 check RCI website login to your account to see if any differences on the availablity. They are under "Plan My Cruise". I don't trust/rely the Royal App **before** the cruise date. Everything I purchase exursion, activities, booking show reservation etc.... is through the website.
