How do you cancel/change a specialty dining reservation?

I've looked on the app and on the website, but I can't find anywhere I can change from one specialty restaurant to another or cancel and rebook a different restaurant.  Cruise is in 30 days.   Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I looked for it there too. I do anything I can to avoid making phone calls.

"How hard is it to..." is just not a question you can ask NCL. You'd never run out of possibilities when deciding what to tack onto the end of that question.

no problem, as soon as you are comfortably on board, go to either guest services, usually on the 1st day, there is someone taking reservations for all, or call the restaurant and cancel.

 

sometimes there are also people out side the pool, or in the buffet who perform the same function

Online chat is perfect for this and other things if you (like me) don't want to call. I don't think it's in the app, but on the web site.

Yes Chief, The Latitude Reward Program number is 1-877-794-8567, NCL main number is 1-866-234-7350. Did a little homework for you Chief.

That was real nice of you!!  Do you wind up talking to different people?  My contact list has some other number (800-327-7030).  Have I been calling the wrong people all of this time?  They still answer promptly and do what I need them to.😎

Dont know, It was recommended on my last Prima cruise roll call. I called them and the person that answer was very helpful and help me booked 7 specialty restaurant dinners.
