Catamaran Help

Hi all!

We will be in Bermuda in early September, docked for 3 days. We would like to go out on a catamaran but we had a terrible experience in Mexico where there had to be 150 people on board the catamaran and it was NOT fun. 

Does anyone know of a catamaran that is more intimate? Perhaps 30 people or less? We don't want a private one because of the $$$.

I don't think you are not going to get a non private excursion for 30 people or less. The two companies that have excursions out of the Dockyard are Rising Son and Restless Native. Both get positive reviews.They have been around for years and no horror stories. I believe Rising Son has a capacity of 80 and Restless Native has a capacity of 50.

Did a snorkeling excursion on Rising Son this past Oct.  Beautiful catamaran.  Plenty of seating.  Cannot comment on Restless Native, as we've never done any excursions with them.

 

We will be doing White Hot catamaran sunset cruise this August with Rising Son.

We did Rising Sun a while back during the Americas Cup practices and got to see Japan practicing from their catamaran. Plenty of room did not feel crowded. Great snorkeling, even moved the boat when some had trouble getting back against the current.

I have done Restless Native and have them booked again this fall when we return. Loved everything and never felt like the catamaran was crowded.
