Cell phones on excursions

What do folks do with their cell phones if they are going on an excursion which involves being in the water such as snorkeling? I’m not sure if I want to trust a waterproof pouch.

If you do decide to go with the waterproof pouch be sure to add a floatie handle just in case. You can also just leave it in your beach bag. Plenty of people will be doing the same thing. It does take a bit of trust in your fellow man but I haven't had any issue.

I don't use my cell phone when cruising, only onboard.  Off the ship my phone is in my room safe.
