Rare Clearwater Posted July 26, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2023 Next May - Memorial weekend week infact... Currently in a balcony room 9326. Received email with lots of options. Higher level is an option but the one that caught my eye was a Cloud 9 Cove Spa Balcony. It's on deck 5. Spa and edge of comedy club above on 6. Does going lower on the ship help or hinder? Do cloud 9 levels have less running kids late at night? Thinking more adults on those floors? Is a cove balcony worth it? Would you keep as-is or upgrade? Cost isn't prohibitive so want the best if possible. Thanks
Elaine5715 Posted July 26, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 26, 2023 What is the upsell cost? I like the MG spa but it doesn't have the fancy spa pool. There are fewer kids.

kingston13 Posted July 26, 2023 #4 Share Posted July 26, 2023 I liked the spa and the TPool - I would take the Cove Spa Balcony
DisneyDatknee Posted July 26, 2023 #5 Share Posted July 26, 2023 (edited) Unless you were already planning on buying the spa pass, I would stay in your room. The Spa cabins only hold 2, so any cabin in the immediate area would not have kids, but everywhere else on Deck 5 is fair game. They could walk by your cabin on the way to the FWD elevators. I typically stay on lower floors just so I don't feel the ship as much at the top. Edited July 26, 2023 by DisneyDatknee
Rare Clearwater Posted July 26, 2023 Author #6 Share Posted July 26, 2023 We actually love the thermal suite. Just realized they come with so it’s a win win. Would have bought them anyways. I think we are going to grab it. Thermal suite is close, the bars I want to be in and comedy are one floor up and casino 2 up. Will be in those areas majority of time. Thanks!

Cruisesfun65 Posted July 26, 2023 #9 Share Posted July 26, 2023 I would move from any deck 9 balcony or suite. Most of these cabins look down to a White overhang, so you can only see the ocean if you look straight.
fuzzmane Posted July 27, 2023 #10 Share Posted July 27, 2023 I love cove balconies, and with this being a spa cove balcony I personally would take it in a heart beat. Even without the T-pool I would do it. Have a great time.
Rare Clearwater Posted July 27, 2023 Author #11 Share Posted July 27, 2023 So if not a T pool…. What is it? It’s in the thermal suite, it’s definitely a body of water and by the video (the ppl called it thalasotherapy) it had bubbles. Large jacuzzi? Mineral pool? I have read of people losing drinks/funplay.

DisneyDatknee Posted July 27, 2023 #19 Share Posted July 27, 2023 Great decision! Completely worth it if you take advantage of the amenities. 17 hours ago, Clearwater said: We actually love the thermal suite. Just realized they come with so it’s a win win.
