Trip cancellation-penalty?

Falls into the 5 to 14 night category.  As long as it's not a Yacht Club booking you get all money refunded more than 89 days before sailing.  89 to 61 days lose deposit,  after that they start taking percentages of the fare.

There is no penalty for a 12 night cruise, cancelled more than 89 days prior to departure, as long as it is not in Yacht Club.

 

That is what the table shows for US bookings...

Just be prepared to wait for the actual credit to appear, I've heard months not weeks.
