Help Choosing Hotel in Rome

We’ll be in Rome for 5 days post-cruise in early October. I’m trying to use points for our hotel.    Would you recommend any of the 3 hotels listed below? Why?

 

1) Principessa Isabella.

2) Comfort Hotel Bolivar.

3) Hotel d’Inghilterra Roma

 

I really appreciate your feedback.

Based solely on location I'd leave the Isabella out of the discussion and pick one of the other two.

I was just talking to someone who recently stayed at the Hotel d'Inghilterra and they were very keen on it. Loved the hotel and the location (near-ish to the Spanish Steps).

 

I am not familiar with the other hotel, but looking at it online it appears to be not as "deluxe" as the d'Inghilterra; however, it is well located.

Thank you!  I’m leaning toward d’Inghilterra mainly because I’ve read a few posts that complain the bed is very uncomfortable at Comfort Hotel Boliva.  A good night sleep is important.
