From what I've seen, almost all.

Ovation of the Seas doesn't have one, at least not back in May 2022.

One.  The Anthem.

thanks for the replies. Looking at deck plans, Anthem was the only one I could see but I wasn't sure that i did not miss something

Note that Anthem JR is a la carte, not a fixed price cover charge.

We were just on Quantum and Ovation, no JR on those ships. I think maybe only Anthem, and it is a JR express.

Add Oasis class Utopia of the Seas, but not Icon.  That’s 14 of 28 Royal ships.
