I told Princess of our anniversary. Am I being charged for an anniversary celebration or is this just showing on my account because I shared our anniversary?

It means that they're simply recognizing the date.

 

They'll likely put something like (a variation or combination of) a congratulatory sign in your room, perhaps a balloon, and a personalized card and/or voucher for a complimentary dessert.

It does say no charge above, this is the bottom of the celebration packages order page. (I didn't choose any so therefore my cart is empty.)

They stopped using balloons sometime ago.  Always liked seeing them on my door as I knew where my cabin was when I walked down the hallway.  Think they still give out a card for birthday/anniversary that you give to your waiter and they will bring a  tiny dark chocolate cake out to your table.

the things you mentioned do not occur as they once did.  🤔

Suggest @Luv2cruz1000 request special anniversary dessert from server in MDR on the evening of their celebration.  Some of the interactive screens around the ship will have “Happy Anniversary” messages as they pick up their medallions in passing or at elevators on July 13th.
