Pre-booking dining and excursions

I have pre-booked some specialty dining and excursions for my June 2024 cruise to Bermuda (to take advantage of the pre cruise sales) .  When paying my final payment will I have to pay for the specialty dining and excursion at that time or can I pay when onboard?

You pay when you book them,  with either a credit card or using OBC if available

Thanks for your reply.  What happens if you need to cancel dining or excursion (within the cancellation period).  Will they refund to your CC?

From personal experience, no they won't let you.

If you cancel at least 3 days prior to cruise your OBC will be immediately credited and credit card will be refunded if using cc.    After that it will be refunded to you account as either an NR Credit if used OBC or as a RF OBC if you used a credit card.    At the end of the cruise you can either withdrawal in cash you RF OBC or it will be credited to you CC.

I am sorry but your post is confusing to me. You say you prebooked, which means you had to choose either CC or OBC to pay for it. But yet you ask if you pay with final payment or Onboard.

My reservations are currently in the cart on Celebrity website.  Will it hold my time and date even if I wait to pay?

Um, you pay for them when you book them. If you haven’t paid then they are just in your cart & you won’t have them on board. The sale ends today, I’d pay quickly
