Thank you. You are correct. DW did not know how a cash transfer is done. So when she went to the billing dept of the initial hospital, they asked her whether she had a check with the routing #s! Fortunately, the transfer amount was within her balance in the acct.

I continue to learn a lot of these forums.  In this case, I was thinking we might want to start carrying a blank check.  Thanks for circling back around to clarify.
