lost.emperor Posted September 30, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2023 Hi all, I'm trying to make a complaint against Crystal Guest Relations but the only email I have for Crystal is guestrelations@crystalcruises.com & they are blocking me from any complaints against themselves. I was told that Ms Levis took a personal interest in Crystal & would read all emails addressed to her & that Guest Relations were obligated to forward all emails to Ms Levis if I had her name in the subject ("For the Attention of Cristina Levis") but I've just received a generic reply from them again.
