I couldn't agree more.  We love Sabatini's and liked the quiet location.  Sur la Mer is no more.  Unsure about what they are doing in the pasta kitchen.  Hopefully @Yowman can answer that.  It is (was?) the area immediately on the right as you are walking into what is now The Catch.

Our family did this cruise in June (14 day Barcelona to Athens).  It was amazing, but very busy!

     We were on the June 24 cruise for two weeks.  Wonderful cruise, beautiful weather, interesting ports.  Probably our favorite Princess cruise due to the rich itinerary.  We love Sabatinis and had a great dinner there, but hated the location.  The noise from the piazza definitely detracted from the dining experience.  I made sure to mention that in my evaluation.
