Anyone know when Ascent Bar/Dining menus will come out? I was hoping to have an idea on what to expect prior to the ships first sailing,

I wouldn't expect to see them until a week or two before the sailing. Your best bet is to look at Beyond's current menus.  It will probably be similar with a few tweaks here and there but until the actual menus are released it's the best info there is.

I saw menus when I booked my dining reservations for each of the Main Dining restaurants for our sailing next September. Maybe they are "sample" menus?

The sample menus on the website are the day 1 menus updated 9/12/23 and are the same for all Edge class ships. If you want to see what the other days look like check out the current sailing for Beyond.

Thank you! It's been years since we've sailed on Celebrity. I thought that was the menu every night in that particular restaurant. Thanks for the info!

There are some changes planned for Ascent dining. MDR menus should be refreshed, updated Cafe Al Bacio menu, updated Craft Social menu, updated pool bar menus, updated cocktail menus in general, updated wine list (fleet wide), additional Le Petit Chef show with a second new show in 2024.
